POWER GATE Abu Dhabi is committed to supplying genuine, high quality gate automation products from the world’s most trusted brands. All products supplied by POWER GATE Abu Dhabi are covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty — giving our customers complete confidence and peace of mind with every purchase.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

All gate automation products supplied by POWER GATE Abu Dhabi including gate motors, barrier systems, garage door motors, roller shutter motors, access control systems, and intercom systems are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type and are as follows — FAAC products carry a standard manufacturer warranty of 24 months, BFT products carry a standard manufacturer warranty of 24 months, CAME products carry a standard manufacturer warranty of 24 months, LIFE products carry a standard manufacturer warranty of 12 to 24 months depending on the product, and SOMFY products carry a standard manufacturer warranty of 24 months. What Is Covered

The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions during the warranty period. If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period POWER GATE Abu Dhabi will arrange repair or replacement of the defective product at no cost to the customer subject to the terms of the applicable manufacturer warranty.

What Is Not Covered

The manufacturer warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer installation and operating guidelines, damage caused by external factors including power surges, flooding, fire, or acts of nature, normal wear and tear of mechanical components such as gears, belts, and limit switches, damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair of the product, and products from which the serial number or warranty label has been removed or altered.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim please contact POWER GATE Abu Dhabi within the applicable warranty period at sales@powergatead.com or call and WhatsApp us on +971 54 482 5472. Please provide your order number, product details, a description of the fault, and photographs or video evidence of the issue where possible. Our technical team will assess your claim and advise on the next steps including repair, replacement, or escalation to the manufacturer as appropriate.

Installation and Warranty

To maintain the validity of your product warranty all gate automation products supplied by POWER GATE Abu Dhabi should be installed by a qualified and experienced gate automation technician in accordance with the manufacturer’s official installation guidelines and UAE electrical safety standards. Damage or faults arising from incorrect or unprofessional installation are not covered under the manufacturer warranty.
