At POWER GATE Abu Dhabi, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to ensuring that every product you purchase from us meets your expectations in terms of quality, condition, and specifications. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

POWER GATE Abu Dhabi accepts returns on products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return the product must not have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery. Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless they are found to be faulty or defective upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories are non-returnable including custom ordered or specially sourced products ordered specifically for a customer, electrical components that have been installed or powered on, products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse, and products returned without their original packaging and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return please contact POWER GATE Abu Dhabi within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at sales@powergatead.com or calling and WhatsApp us on +971 54 482 5472. Please include your order number, a description of the reason for return, and photographs of the product condition where applicable. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once your returned product has been received and inspected by our team, POWER GATE Abu Dhabi will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery please contact POWER GATE Abu Dhabi immediately at sales@powergatead.com or on +971 54 482 5472 with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy

POWER GATE Abu Dhabi offers product exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery subject to stock availability. Please contact our team to discuss your exchange requirement and we will do our best to accommodate your request promptly.
