Delivery Coverage
POWER GATE Abu Dhabi currently delivers products across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. For delivery enquiries outside of the UAE please contact our team directly at sales@powergatead.com or on +971 54 482 5472.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed on powergatead.com are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order and a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery across Abu Dhabi is typically completed within 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to other UAE emirates may take 3 to 5 business days depending on location. Delivery timeframes for special or custom ordered products may vary and our team will communicate estimated delivery dates clearly at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. POWER GATE Abu Dhabi offers free delivery on qualifying orders above a minimum order value — please check our website for current free delivery thresholds applicable to Abu Dhabi and UAE deliveries.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp allowing you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery in real time.
