The Acer 1200 steps up to 1200 kg, 1200N, 350W, 8 m/min, oil lubrication, metal gears, and 95mm pinion height. The AC4R DL handles 400 kg, 500N, 250W, 10 m/min, grease, and 99mm pinion height. Same control platform, fundamentally different mechanical specification.

The Life Acer 1200’s 1200N thrust is the highest of any LIFE sliding gate motor in the range — and among the highest for single-phase 230V motors. Moving a 1200 kg gate from standstill demands maximum startup force.
