POWERgate Abu Dhabi is not responsible for losses, delays, costs, or failed orders caused by bank delays, payment gateway outages, card issuer declines, incorrect payment information, customer bank restrictions, internet issues, technical payment errors beyond our control, unauthorized use of a customer’s card or account, incomplete customer information, or third-party payment provider procedures.
