This policy explains which products may be eligible for return or exchange, which products may not be returnable, how customers can request a return, when refunds may be approved, how refunds are processed, when cancellations are possible, and customer responsibilities.

Return and Product Exchange Period

Customers may request a product return or product exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return or exchange approval is not automatic. Each request is subject to review, product condition, original packaging, complete accessories, proof of purchase, and eligibility under this policy.

Requests submitted after 15 days from delivery may be rejected unless the matter relates to an eligible warranty claim.

Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return only if the customer provides valid proof of purchase, order number, product name or model, reason for return, photos or videos where required, original packaging, complete accessories, manuals, parts, documents, and the product is unused, uninstalled, and in resaleable condition.

A product may be eligible for exchange within 15 days from delivery if it is unused, uninstalled, complete, in original packaging, and approved after review.

Price differences, delivery charges, return shipping, handling costs, or restocking charges may apply depending on the exchange reason.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a product is received damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, the customer should contact POWERgate Abu Dhabi as soon as possible.

The report should include customer name, order number, product name or model, delivery date, description of the issue, clear photos or videos of the product, photos of packaging where damage is visible, and missing item details if applicable.

POWERgate Abu Dhabi may inspect the issue and investigate with the warehouse, supplier, delivery partner, or manufacturer before offering a resolution.

Return or Exchange Request Process

To request a return or exchange, customers should contact POWERgate Abu Dhabi through email, phone, WhatsApp, or website contact form within 15 days from delivery.

Customers must provide complete and accurate information. POWERgate Abu Dhabi may review order details, product type, delivery date, request reason, photos, and supporting evidence.

Customers should not send any product back before receiving approval.

Return Approval Process

Return approval may include review of order details, proof of purchase, product eligibility, photos, supporting documents, product condition, delivery date, and request timeframe.

Approval to send a product back does not automatically mean a refund has been approved. Final approval may depend on product inspection after the returned item is received.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered when a return has been approved and accepted after inspection, a product is confirmed defective and cannot be repaired or replaced, an incorrect product was delivered and cannot be replaced, a damaged product is reported and verified properly, an eligible order is cancelled before processing or shipment, or POWERgate Abu Dhabi approves the refund after review.

Refunds are not automatic.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be refused for customized products, special-order products, made-to-order products, installed products, used products, products damaged by the customer, products returned without approval, products returned after 15 days, products missing packaging or accessories, products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation, final-sale or clearance products, and warranty cases where repair or replacement is the appropriate solution.

To request a refund, customers should contact POWERgate Abu Dhabi with customer name, order number, product details, reason for refund, proof of purchase, photos or videos where applicable, return approval details if already issued, and payment information required for refund processing where applicable.

Refund Approval Process

Refund approval may include order verification, payment verification, product return confirmation, product inspection, review of supporting documents, product condition assessment, refund eligibility confirmation, and customer notification.

Approved returns do not automatically guarantee a refund until inspection and eligibility verification are completed.

Refund Methods

Where a refund is approved, it is generally issued through the original payment method used for the order.

Refund methods may include credit card refund, debit card refund, bank transfer refund, payment gateway refund, store credit where agreed, or another approved refund method where necessary.

Refund Processing Time

Refund processing time may vary depending on refund approval date, payment method, bank processing time, payment gateway processing time, order verification, product inspection, and customer bank or card issuer procedures.

POWERgate Abu Dhabi will make reasonable efforts to process approved refunds within a practical timeframe.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply for missing accessories, damaged packaging, incomplete returns, product condition issues, restocking deductions where applicable, non-refundable shipping or handling charges, partial order cancellation, or partial product acceptance.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

Shipping and delivery charges may not always be refundable.

If a product is returned due to customer preference, wrong product selection, incorrect order placement, or compatibility issue caused by the customer, shipping and delivery charges may be non-refundable.

Warranty-Related Refunds
