At 3.5m, this rail serves commercial showrooms, industrial warehouses, multi-level parking facilities, and vehicle service centres in Abu Dhabi where overhead clearance must accommodate taller trucks, commercial vehicles, or car lift equipment. Standard residential villa garage doors (2.0–2.2m) and commercial doors (2.5–2.75m) do not need the SZ 13 — only doors in the 2.76m–3.5m range require it.

The 4,090mm total profile is the physical length of the SZ 13 rail from end to end including mounting brackets and connector overlap. The 3,485mm movement stroke is the usable carriage travel distance within the rail — the actual distance the carriage moves from fully closed to fully open. The 605mm difference between profile and stroke accounts for the operator motor housing at one end and the end bracket at the other. At 3,485mm stroke, the rail accommodates the full panel travel of a 3.25m high sectional door in a standard-fitting Abu Dhabi garage installation.
