The V2 CITY1 EVO controls two single-phase 230V motors equipped with encoders on automatic sliding gates, so each motor must have an encoder. It does not suit 24V motors such as the V2 TORQ 500D-24V. Check the motor voltage, encoder, and wiring against V2’s diagrams before ordering for an Abu Dhabi commercial or industrial gate.

The V2 CITY1 EVO takes a plug-in MR2 modular receiver, such as the V2 MR2-U-433 module, for remote control, and no receiver is listed as included. Order the receiver with the board and check that your V2 remotes match its frequency and coding, and expect to re-learn remotes after replacing the board.

The V2 CITY1 EVO is programmed with 3 buttons and a display, supports USB for programming, firmware updates, and diagnostics, and offers an ADI 2.0 connector for advanced devices.
