The LIFE SUPRA MB MAX 6M combines three independent safety mechanisms: an encoder monitoring motor rotation for real-time position and obstacle detection, electromechanical limit switches defining the physical open and close stop positions, and mechanical stops providing a physical backstop at end-of-travel. Each system operates independently — if one fails, the others remain active. This triple-redundant approach is suited to Abu Dhabi industrial sites where barrier safety failures carry high risk.

A round boom profile presents equal drag in all wind directions, reducing lateral oscillation from crosswinds.
