The NICE TENKIT (TNLKCE) is a side-mounted arm-driven motor for protruding and non-protruding overhead (up-and-over) garage doors only. It does not include a ceiling-mounted rail system and does not drive a carriage along a rail. Its torque arm connects directly to the overhead door’s side track to push the door through its up-and-over movement arc. A sectional door folds horizontally along ceiling tracks — a completely different mechanism that the TENKIT’s arm cannot replicate. Abu Dhabi buyers with sectional garage doors must specify a Spin, SpinBus, or SPY operator instead.

Yes — the NICE TENKIT’s 280 Nm inrush and 200 Nm nominal torque are the highest published torque figures of any motor in the POWERgate Abu Dhabi garage door range. The NICE TENKIT’s incorporated receiver supports three NICE encoding families: FLOR (NICE’s original fixed-frequency rolling code format), O-CODE (NICE’s older fixed-code protocol used on legacy NICE remotes), and SMILO (NICE’s newer encrypted rolling-code platform with enhanced security).
