The Fadini Junior 633 is an Italian 230V electromechanical geared motor for intensive-use sliding gates up to 600 kg. It delivers 600N maximum torque at 10 m/min through a 1:31 gear ratio with magnetic limit switches, dual amperometric and encoder obstacle detection, electronic braking slowdown in both phases, and a blue LED cover indicator. With IP54 protection and EN 12445/EN 12453 compliance, it suits Abu Dhabi villa gates, commercial entrances, warehouses, and parking facilities requiring a certified intensive-use sliding gate motor.

The Fadini Junior 633 features a blue LED light on the motor cover that provides a clear visual indication of the gate automation system’s operational status. The LED confirms the motor is powered, active, or in fault condition depending on its state, allowing a quick visual check of the motor without opening the housing or checking the control board. The Fadini Junior 633 is the only motor in the POWERgate Abu Dhabi sliding gate range to include a named body-mounted LED status indicator, useful for Abu Dhabi gates where the installer or property owner needs to quickly assess system status without app or display access.

The Fadini Junior 633 supports a double biparting gate function through the ELPRO 65 control panel’s master/slave configuration. The master motor receives the command and the slave motor mirrors the movement in perfect synchronisation via the ELPRO 65.
