At 8.2 kg and 40% duty, it is a compact, quiet residential sliding gate motor backed by GIBIDI’s Italian manufacturing standards, suited to Abu Dhabi villas, private entrances, and small compounds where reliable daily gate automation is required.

GIBIDI specifies the MINNOW 500 gate speed as 150mm/s, equivalent to 9 m/min — publishing both the raw linear speed in mm/s and the more commonly cited m/min. The 150mm/s figure precisely reflects the Z16 M4 pinion’s output at the motor’s nominal running speed. The metal gears throughout the gearbox are explicitly named, distinguishing the MINNOW 500 from lower-cost motors using plastic or composite gears.
