The TELCOMA ACE 601’s encoded key release uses a key with a specific coded profile rather than a generic cut key. The encoded key can only be duplicated by an authorised TELCOMA distributor or locksmith with the correct blank, making unauthorised key copying significantly more difficult. For Abu Dhabi commercial and compound gates where gate security extends to the manual release — not just the radio remote — the encoded key prevents a found or stolen standard key from disengaging the motor and allowing unauthorised manual gate movement.

The TELCOMA ACE 601’s millimetric positioning adjustment allows the motor’s height and lateral position to be fine-tuned in sub-millimetre increments after the aluminium base is fixed to the foundation. This level of precision ensures the pinion engages the rack with the exact specified clearance, minimising backlash and uneven tooth wear. For Abu Dhabi installations where foundation concrete placement cannot always achieve perfect positional accuracy, millimetric adjustment eliminates the need to re-pour or re-drill anchor positions.
