The KEY TURBO 500 (KSC52KS) and KEY SUN FAST are both 500 kg KEY Automation motors with FT33 flush-mount photocells and XR 433 MHz rolling code. The TURBO 500 uses 230V AC at 300W, 16 cm/s, CT102B board, 30% duty, and 16 Nm. The SUN FAST uses 24V DC at 345W, 40 cm/s, 14AF Night Light board, 70% duty, and 23 Nm. At AED 1,650, the TURBO 500 is the more affordable 230V residential choice; the SUN FAST suits higher-frequency and faster-speed requirements.

The KEY TURBO 500’s 230V AC supply connects directly to the property’s mains circuit without a separate transformer or 24V charging system. The SUN FAST’s 24V DC motor requires a built-in charger and battery for operation, adding battery maintenance and replacement to the ownership cost. For Abu Dhabi villas where battery backup during power cuts is not a priority and straightforward mains wiring is preferred, the TURBO 500’s 230V architecture simplifies both installation and long-term maintenance.
