The LIFE ACER AC6R DL’s optical encoder tracks motor shaft rotation using a light-interrupted slotted disc, generating precise position pulses throughout every gate cycle. This allows the RG1R DL board to apply graduated slowdown before the limit switches and detect obstacles by deviations from the learned position profile.
