The Benincà BISON25 OTI and the Beninca BISON 45 OTI both use three-phase power, oil lubrication, inverter technology, integrated encoder, and 19 m/min speed at intensive duty. The BISON25 OTI uses 230 Vac three-phase, handles 2500 kg at 2500N, weighs 41.2 kg, includes the foundation plate with anchor bolts, and uses an M4 Z18 pinion. The BISON45 uses 400 Vac, handles 4500 kg at 5000N, weighs 66 kg, and uses M6 Z18. Choose the BISON25 where 230V three-phase is available and gate weight is up to 2500 kg.

The Benincà BISON25 OTI kit includes a foundation plate with anchor bolts — a critical installation component that the BISON 45 OTI does not include and must be sourced separately. The foundation plate is embedded in concrete during groundwork and provides the secure mounting base for the 41.2 kg motor under 2500N thrust forces. Having the plate supplied with the motor ensures correct geometry matching between the motor housing and anchor point, reducing the risk of misalignment during installation that can cause rack wear and vibration.

The Benincà BISON25 OTI draws up to 8A maximum at 230 Vac three-phase.
