A 5.5m wide × 3.2m high commercial garage door = 17.6 m² and a 5m × 4m warehouse door = 20 m² both fit within the 21 m² limit. This serves Abu Dhabi commercial showrooms, multi-bay parking facilities, warehouses, and logistics entrances with wide high-clearance sectional doors, expanding well beyond the residential scope of the LM100EV’s 150 kg single-car capacity.

The LiftMaster LM130EV kit includes the 771EVK Protector System IR safety beams as standard. The LiftMaster LM100EV requires the 771ESA Safety IR Beams as a separate purchase for myQ activation. The LiftMaster LM130EV’s 0.8W maximum standby consumption is a sub-1W figure — the control board and dual-frequency receiver draw under one watt when the door is stationary and idle. At 0.8W across 24 hours, the annual idle power draw is approximately 7 kWh per year.
