Yes — the MOTORLINE LINCE’s noise level of ≤50 dB(A) is the lowest published noise specification of any swing gate motor in the POWERgate Abu Dhabi range. Other motors with noise specifications publish <70 dB(A) (DEA GEKO, DEA GHOST 100, Marantec Comfort 515), which is significantly louder. At 50 dB(A), the LINCE operates at approximately the level of a quiet office or conversation tone. For Abu Dhabi villa gates near bedroom windows, sleeping areas, or properties with close neighbours, the LINCE’s 50 dB(A) specification makes it the quietest confirmed option available.

The MOTORLINE LINCE is the only swing gate motor in the POWERgate Abu Dhabi range available in a 110V AC version alongside standard 230V and 24V. The 110V option serves properties with a North American-standard electrical supply, older UAE buildings with 110V infrastructure, construction sites running 110V power tools supplies, or industrial facilities with non-standard voltage distribution. For most Abu Dhabi residential and commercial properties using the UAE’s standard 220–230V single-phase supply, the 230V version is correct. The 110V version of the LINCE uses the same motor mechanics with a different motor winding to match the lower voltage.

The MOTORLINE LINCE’s -25°C to +65°C range is one of the widest in the POWERgate Abu Dhabi range. At the cold end, -25°C ties with the ERREKA ARES as the coldest-rated motor in the range (most are -20°C). At the hot end, +65°C is the second highest after LIFE’s +70°C, and above the ERREKA’s +60°C and most CAME/BFT motors’ +55°C. For Abu Dhabi gate pillars in full afternoon sun where surface temperatures can significantly exceed ambient air temperature, the LINCE’s +65°C ceiling provides strong thermal headroom.

The MOTORLINE LINCE motor design can be converted between left-side and right-side installation in the field without requiring a separate motor variant. On most other motors in the range (such as the CAME KRONO KR300D and KR310), left and right are fixed motor designations requiring two different model codes for a double-leaf gate. The LINCE’s convertible design means the same physical motor unit installs on either gate leaf, reducing the number of spare parts that installers need to carry and eliminating the risk of ordering the wrong-side motor for an Abu Dhabi installation.

The MOTORLINE LINCE carries a 24-month manufacturer warranty. For Abu Dhabi’s standard 220–230V residential and commercial supply, the LINCE 230V version is correct. The version must also match the gate leaf: LINCE300 for up to 2.5m, LINCE400 for up to 3.0m, and LINCE600 for up to 4.0m — using a shorter-stroke version on a longer leaf is a common installation error that places the motor at the end of its stroke range under mechanical stress on every cycle.
