Yes — the DEA GHOST 100 includes built-in mechanical stops within the underground motor housing, which CAME and BFT underground motors typically do not incorporate. These internal stops physically limit the output shaft rotation to the gate’s opening and closing positions without requiring concrete-embedded floor stops or gate pillar buffers. For Abu Dhabi installations where floor stop drilling into driveway finishes is undesirable — particularly tiled or paved driveways — the GHOST 100’s built-in stops provide a clean solution. The included mechanical limit switches provide electronic position confirmation alongside the physical stops.

The DEA GHOST 100 has three duty cycle ratings depending on version. The standard 230V model supports 18 cycles per hour. The 100EN variant (an enhanced version) supports 25 cycles per hour.
