The KBILL50M kit includes two personalised manual release keys — one per motor — which is unique in the BILL range. Each key is inserted into the top of its respective BILL50M motor housing to disengage the 500mm stroke actuator from the irreversible worm mechanism, allowing the gate leaf to be moved by hand. Given the BILL50M’s 6.9 kg motor weight and the extended 4.0m gate leaves it typically operates, gate hinges must be well-lubricated and properly aligned for manual operation to be manageable. The PUPILLA.R is a pair of fixed-beam infrared safety photocells — the transmitter and receiver must be mounted directly opposite each other with no angular adjustment. This differs from the PUPILLA.T (adjustable) supplied with the BILL30M and BILL40M kits. For standard villa driveways in Abu Dhabi where gate posts sit directly opposite each other at a consistent height, the PUPILLA.R is fully adequate. The photocell beam must be positioned to protect the full gate opening width — with gate leaves up to 4.0m per leaf, beam placement should be confirmed by the installing technician before commissioning.

The BENINCA BILL50M carries a 24-month manufacturer warranty from the purchase date, covering material and workmanship defects under normal operating conditions. Warranty is voided by power surge damage to the HEADY control unit, incorrect bracket geometry causing mechanical stress on the 500mm stroke actuator, or modification of any component.
