About BENINCA
Beninca is an Italian manufacturer of automation for gates, parking barriers and garage doors, together with remote controls and control boards. In Abu Dhabi you will find Beninca motors on villa gates, compound entrances, car parks and workshop yards. Its sliding gate range runs from the light Bull 5M up to the heavy-duty Bison 45 OTI, so one brand can cover a small villa gate and a large industrial yard.
For a customer this means two things. A new Beninca gate is simple to automate, and an old Beninca gate can usually be repaired without replacing the whole motor, because boards, receivers, limit switches and remotes are sold separately. That is why we list not only complete motors but also control boards, remotes, receivers, photocells, flashing lights, garage door belts and spare parts.

Using BENINCA gates in Abu Dhabi
Gates here work in heat above 45°C, fine dust and humid coastal air. The right model, and a little care, make a big difference to how long a motor lasts.
Villas and townhouses
Khalifa City, Al Reef, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Al Raha and Yas. A 500 to 800 kg Bull sliding motor, or a pair of Bill or Bob arm motors, covers most villa gates. If the pillars are narrow or you want a clean look, the underground DU.350N keeps the gate clear.
Compounds and buildings
Shared entrances open many times a day. Choose a heavier rating than the gate needs, such as a Bull 10M to 20M or a Turbo model for sliding gates, add photocells and a flashing light, and keep a spare remote and board in stock.
Car parks and ramps
Towers, malls and offices need barriers that open all day. The Diva.3 Superfast opens a 3 m lane quickly, while the Lady (4 m and 5 m) and Eva (5 m, 7 m and 8 m) suit wider entrances. We list their control boards and the VE.SOR parking saver too.
Musaffah and industrial yards
Long, heavy steel gates in workshops and warehouses need the 2,000 to 4,500 kg range, such as the Bull 20T or the Bison OTI models. These gates collect sand, so a sound rack and regular cleaning matter.
Keeping a BENINCA motor reliable in the UAE climate
- Heat: Fit the control board in a shaded, ventilated spot and keep the motor cover closed, so heat above 45°C and dust stay out.
- Dust and sand: Clean and lightly grease the rack every few months and keep the limit switches free of sand. A worn rack makes the gate jerk and overheats a Bull or Bison motor. We list the Bull spring limit switch as a spare.
- Humidity and coastal air: On Abu Dhabi island and near the sea, check cable entries and the board for moisture and corrosion. For the underground DU.350N, make sure the foundation box drains, because standing water shortens motor life.
- Power and safety: Voltage spikes damage boards, so use a surge protector. Keep photocells aligned and clean, so the gate stops safely when something is in the way.
- Service: A yearly check by a technician is cheaper than replacing a burnt board or gearmotor.
